1) Heathfield Castle,
Ballicastle, Tyremoor, Innis Daingneach and Telarus declare upon the
signing of this unification of peace, both kingdoms' right
to friendly pursuits. Both kingdoms upon signing agree not to go against
either kingdom's beliefs or rules as stated by their respective sovereigns. If
negative action arises that involves citizens within either kingdom the
sovereigns of both kingdoms, or their representatives, shall meet to discuss
action against the offending citizen(s).
2) Heathfield Castle,
Ballicastle, Tyremoor, Innis Daingneach and Telarus declare upon the signing of
this unification of peace that no harmful action shall be taken
against either kingdom. If such action arises with citizens from either kingdom,
the sovereigns of the stated kingdoms, or their representatives, shall meet to
discuss further courses of action.
3) Heathfield Castle,
Ballicastle, Tyremoor, Innis Daingneach and Telarus declare upon the signing of
this unification of peace, that in causes of war, either allied
kingdom could aid the other in any way possible and warranted. Requests for
help should be in the form of a written petition and the reason for the dispute
shall be sent to the sovereigns of the allied kingdoms to be discussed and the
course of aid determined. However, the allied kingdoms have the option of
withdrawing their support if the cause of the war is not justified for the lives
at risk. If either kingdom takes the initiative in starting an offensive war
against another, the petitioned kingdom has the choice of aiding the offense or
not.
4) Heathfield Castle, Ballicastle, Tyremoor, Innis
Daingneach and Telarus further agree upon the signing of this unification
of peace, that in case of dispute no hostile action shall take place.
A mediator shall be called and the matters will be discussed
peacefully.
5) Heathfield Castle, Ballicastle, Tyremoor,
Innis Daingneach and Telarus do hereby agree upon the signing of
this unification of peace, that any general information obtained
from the allied kingdoms may be shared, with discretion, among sovereigns of
other allied kingdoms only. Specific information may NOT be shared outside the
allied kingdoms mentioned in this document. The term "specific" in this instance
refers to information such as the number and names of citizens, current military
endeavors or sensitive political information such as pending alliances. If any
such specific information is given out without consent, action shall be taken as
stated in Paragraph 4 of this document.
6) Heathfield
Castle, Ballicastle, Tyremoor, Innis Daingneach and Telarus declare upon the
signing of this unification of peace, that no Death Match, nor
Assassination Attempt will be taken against any citizen of the allied kingdoms
without consent in writing by both sovereigns. Slave Matches are not allowed at
all.
7) Heathfield Castle, Ballicastle, Tyremoor, Innis
Daingneach and Telarus do hereby upon signing of this unification
of peace, enter a peaceful pact, that shall be honored by the reigning
sovereigns and should be reestablished if the sovereign of either allied kingdom
resigns, steps down, passes on, or so forth. Each kingdom's citizens shall be
informed of the agreed upon terms of this alliance and shall honor each charter
set forth herein.
8) Heathfield Castle, Ballicastle,
Tyremoor, Innis Daingneach and Telarus do hereby upon the signing of
this unification of peace, have the right to revoke the association of
nations at any time for just cause. Sovereigns of either kingdom, or their
representatives, shall sit in a formal meeting and discuss the reasons for
questioning the alliance and state the reasons for revoking such. Once
established, the kingdom wishing to end the alliance has the right, upon good
reasons, to terminate the signed pact.
9) The kingdoms signing
this treaty agree by signing not to actively recruit from the citizenry of the
other, thereby respecting the prosperity and growth of each
land.
