Application (ooc and ic)

To be submitted by <date posted on event>. The tournament to roll out in the beginning of <date posted on event> as scheduling is set up by the contestants.

It is recommended in filling out this application it be done by one that has played in our rooms with us or is recommended by someone we know - these tournaments are not just for anyone walking in and unknown as they are set up in a very particular way. If more apply than the positions of six then only six can be chosen but others can join in the next event. These applications will not be shown to others, nor will the sn be given out as to whom the player is if other sns are disclosed. This is more just a safeguard for this event to be of legit candidates/players. Lahoneee and Renae Leroux   will be the ones the applications are sent to and either accepted or rejected (hopefully none of the latter). Entitle it the event applying for in the subject line so we know what it is for. I have a tendency to delete any email from unknowns for the very good reason of viruses. The application will be simple for this as I see no reason to make it complicated.

OOC: Who is the player? If you wish not to 'disclose' then have you roleplayed with us first hand or can someone recommend you, like one of the judges or member of Heathfield-Ballicastle-Tyremoor? This will help being 'accepted' but not necessarily a criteria for such.
