Upon full payment, McHugh Graphics grants you a personal, nontransferable, nonexclusive right to the images purchased  to your computer(s). The Images may not be copied, modified or incorporated in materials for business or personal use, including comps and browsing, as part of advertising and PR materials or on-line (internet). The Images may not be sold or sublicensed.

Warranty - McHugh Graphics; will make no other warranty, express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, and you may have other rights. McHugh Graphics; nor it's photographer(s) will be liable to you for any damages arising out of the licensing of McHugh Graphics; images either as a direct result or indirect, consequential, or incidental.

About Me ~ Irene McHugh:

I have a college degree - BS in Art and Education. Art being my concentration. After raising my four children, I ended up working as a high-end process-color computer graphics artist for Donnelley Directory for five and a half years. I was on their Spec Team which created new ads for potential customers. My expertise was in working with photos. Hence I have used this training in tweaking photos I have taken in my own travels to set them to their best quality. Imperfections taken out, color balanced, and so forth. I have also restored old photos which might be a consideration of offering such services sometime in the future.
